Ask HN: How to verify response generated by AI in API response quickly

like im working on this app currently a website so in my product basically i need response of ai at one particular step now i am using openrouter for that now either the response is false man a times or it takes too long to respond and sends an error i have been working on this issue past few days now and this is the only element i am stuck on how can i fix this i tried this that openrouter sends the response to an slm it validates and sends but its also not working i my case and is there an open source way to fix this issue
